Jtooltips render JsTools Collapsiblock disabled.

I guess there is a conflict with js of either one or the other.. I am not sure of the feasiblity but if they both use jQuery jtooltips could be 1 of the extention module of the JsTools.. not sure if its a silly idea or not - i am not a JS coder, so

thanks for the module.. its nice to see more of non intrusive js functional modules in Drupal

Thanks for the issue, i hope i'll find a solution for this bug!

Anyway i think that jTooltips could be an extension of JSTools, it's a good idea. I will post an issue on their project.
