Hello,

I'm looking into an online fundraising tool that similar to https://www.movember.com/us/register/details . It is a good concept to raise $ for non-profit orgainzations but however the cost (3rd party tools that LiveStrong used) is way too high for those smaller type of non-profit organizations. Here is what I'm looking for:

1. Team concept. Volunteers can create their own fundraising teams or join an existing team

2. There will be a team page (http://us.movember.com/mospace/806076/) and as well as each individual member page (http://us.movember.com/mospace/1836258/)

3. goal and amount $ raised for each team member and as well as team

4. dontation page of course (either donate to a team, an individual or just for the entire event)

Question is, does Drupal have anything like this? I was looking into CiviCRM but it is not the same

Has many of the features that you need (no team concept as yet). the 4.1 has gotten a lot more improvements thanx to some work done by steve colson and tom kirkpatrick

Later this year / next year a few more prominent orgs are scheduled to switch to using this

Thanh you Lobo for your reply. I was already looked at those civicrm and bcfcure.org website and it is far from what I'm looking for. Civicrm is way too complicate for regular user who wanted to join/create a team (the fundraising team) and use his/her Civicrm individual page to drive his/her fundraising campaign. Why team concept? This will allow volunteer to compete against each others and will drive up the $ amount ... In a short 2 months, our biking team (mostly amateur) rasied almost $23K for LiveStrong (all money raised will go toward cancer research)

The alternative seems to be Organic Groups module. I am not sure how you automate the display of total contributed through online payments, though.
