Use of the Node "moderate" filter in a View definition stops it form being able to save due to a validation error:
Node: Moderated must have a value!

This bug is probably the same as the other reported one about Views not working with the Node Sticky filter (reported against 5.x-dev)

The moderation filter only fails validation if the value is set to "No".
