All I found after setting up this module, is a new field to enter an expiry date for a node.
No action is performed, I seem to have to write a rule or to filter a view to make something happens.
If I did not miss something, a cck date would do the same.

The module creates a new event to use it with rules: "Content expired". On a cron, when it detects expired nodes, it'll fire the "Content expired" event for each node detected.
