Hi,
I have latest Drupal 7, ctools/panels installed, taxonomy_menu, dhtml_menu.
I have the option Expand on Hover: Items expand when the cursor hovers over them. Links function normally because the prefeerd option (Bullets: http://drupal.org/node/1347342) is not working.

The menu expands nicely when I hoover over the menu with my mouse, but the active menu-item is not shown when I am on a deeper level menu page. The menu keeps going back to standard state, meaning the homepage showing stat.
