Unsupported database type
The database type is unsupported. Please use either mysql for MySQL 3.x & 4.0.x databases, mysqli for MySQL 4.1.x+ databases, or pgsql for PostgreSQL databases. The database information is in your settings.php file.

Yes, but after installation they ask you to remove write permission for .site file but then when you remove it, it shows more errors. So I had give 777 permission.
MySQL version is 5.0.33-standard-mpb.
Is there something I might have to rectify or understand.
Also I never edited any of the files before I had to upload them into the server. Where there some file that I should have edited?
