Updates for 6.x-2.x-dev (2011-Feb-25)

Hi Docc,

Been a while! Switched jobs and haven't been able to work on this for a long time.
I've updated the site for which I wrote the extended functionality and noticed some patches haven't made it into the latest .dev yet.

Could you commit this as I have still not been able to set stuff up correctly! :(

• Sell price to NULL for disabled products
