Hello all,

I know most of you would have already tried many different D6 CSV export modules in career.

Can someone please let me know which is the best among them.

I am basically looking for module which can export and import all nodes of a content type using CSV or XLS format. which also exports node CCK fields as well.

I am trying to export CCK fields as .csv file and edit the content and import it back to site.

I have not tried it. If I wanted to, I would probably export the relevant tables in phpMyadmin.

Thanks John,

I know there are many various ways on the backend, but I am actually looking for a module which can do this.

'Node export' is one of the excellent module, but right now it is not supporting the import. :(

well 'Node Import' is also a very good module though it only allows to import nodes in bulk. but it would be a cool module which supports both export and import.

node_export actually does both.

I agree, but all these export import modules dose not update the existing nodes on the site. instead it create duplicates. :(

Also Node Import allows us to import only new nodes and dose not update the existing nodes
