First, I'd like to say thanks to Torenware for creating this module. "See a need, fill a need - Mr. BigWeld, Robots"

After installing civinode to a relatively clean Drupal install, I can't seem to locate any references to civinode objects or node types in the views UI as referred to in the documentation. No new node types have been generated from the civirm data. However, the new objects appear to be available in for CCK.

I'm able to create a CCK content type that includes the information from civiRM generated by civinode. Am I somehow supposed to use CCK to create a "bridge" to the data for views?

I've read through the documentation, hunted through the forum posts, and have found some references to similar problems, but each time the post has gone unanswered. I believe other posts have just asked whether or not "views" is supported in civinode because they can't figure out how to add the information to their views.

Am I missing something that's staring me right in the face?
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

My Installation:

Drupal 5.1
Civinode 5.x-1.x-dev (2007-Mar-21)
CCK 5.x-1.4
Views 5.x-1.5

Folks,

I am building a new version of the CCK module that will have full views support. This may be what you need.

Keep watching this bug; I should have an alpha version this week.

The new module is up as the 5.x version. civicrmdata is deprecated, and replaced by the more capable civinode_cck module. This particular bug is fixed by the new module's support for CCK formatters.
