hi

it seems I cant get this to work

I enabled the module

Go to specific block set all permissions for administrator role enabled, when I try to edit the block as that user I get access denied. If I enable permission to allow that role to manage blocks then they can edit all blocks.

Can someone write small step by step tutorial for this or is it a bug?

Using latest dev version for drupal 7

yes , we need little readme.txt guide for this module it will help us.
