Hi,

In my search for Profiler information I came across this presentation..

In the profiler section it mentions various other things that Profiler can do.. For example creating roles, note-types, permissions and menus.. None of this is in the README and from some testing doesn't appear to be working functionality..

Can anyone shed any light on how this person is achieving this functionality?

Yes, I'll admit, this is confusing. The older version of Profiler used to provide all of this, but now most of this has been removed in favor of Features module.
