Can you give me more details? Are you sure it's triggered by Flexslider?

I have the same issue.

To spot which module triggers the error message I disabled all non-core modules one by one. When FlexViewer is turned off, the error is also gone ...

BTW: I have drupal 7.10 installed

Which module specifically for flexslider?

The main flexslider module, flexslider_fields, flexslider_views or flexslider_viewsslideshow?

Yes, in the main module.
Also in IE8 I have a js error alert (console is not defined). see attach.

That is a javascript error yazzy008 I created a new issue for it because it needs to have changes to the js file.
