Drupad Not in System

I have installed and uninstalled the Drupad (drupad-7.x-1.6) several times. The Drupad module is checked and permission has been set correctly. Drupad is not showing up in the System under the Configuration. I have added the items from the Readme file to the .htaccess files. Still no listing in the System folder.

I have tried to log in on the IPhone. Message comes up to install Drupad on website.

Check the Log and found this.

I also have 2 other Drupal site running Drupad with no issues. The only difference between this site and my 2 other site is the Facebook Connect Module. I disable the Facebook Module with no luck.

Any ideas?
