I want to add a field collection to Job_per_template content type
After adding, I don't see the field collection in -"add content" in job per template, What is the reason?

Seems like thw only solution (for now?) would be to make the field collection Embedded instead of hidden. DOn't know why, but it seems to halfway solve the problem. If that makes the job posting too long, you can always put the field collection into a fieldgroup.

This has basically been answered. If you add a field collection you have to choose between the hidden and the embedded widget.
