I saw on the front page that this module needed documentation. It's a straight-forward and easy to use module so the documentation I wrote up is equally simple and straight-forward. :) Let me know if I'm missing anything and I'll be happy to revise it.

Using Shared Email

Requirements

Shared Email is ready to use with a standard installation of Drupal, no other modules are necessary.

Installation

• Create a new directory "Shared Email" in the sites/all/modules directory and place the entire contents of this sharedemail folder in it.
• Enable the module on the Modules admin page: Administer > Modules
• Grant the access at the Access control page: Administer > People > Permissions.

By default the administrator has permission to Administer Shared E-mail and Show Shared E-mail warning. It is recommended to give permission to show the warning to any roles which can share an email address so that they know they are doing so.

Create a new user

Create a new user as you normally would- Administer > People > Create

If you use a pre-existing email address the user will be created once you submit it. A warning will appear notifying the person of the security implications involved in using a shared email address, but the user has already been created.

Resetting Password

If a user who has a shared email address with another user needs their password reset, make sure to enter your user name in the password reset field, NOT the email address linked to it to ensure that a password reset email is sent only for that user.
