Ingredients in panels

Hi,

I am creating a recipe node using panels to customize the layout. I do not see the recipe Ingredients, Instructions, notes exposed in node elements. If I think about creating a view and then adding the view in panels I do not see the ingredients exposed so that I can add them any way. Can you please help me as to how I can add them.
