I have a view in a block showing a maximum of 3 random book reviews, each showing a maximum of 100 characters per review. When someone rolls their mouse over one of the reviews the entire review shows up in a block, much like a title would. I figured this might be hard to explain so I am providing a screen shot. Either I am having a brain pffft and this is a ridiculous oversight on my part or there is something here that I've never seen before.

Any help is appreciated.
