Use node path in dc:identifier

Hi,

I've created a patch (attached) that checks to see if a node's path is set (I think it alway is, but it checks anyway) and uses it instead of the hard-coded '/?q=node/' in line 499 of oai2ForCCK.module. This allows URL aliases, clean URLs, etc. to be exposed as links back to the item.
