I've been out of web design for a few years and need a couple of pointers. I want to make a custom theme, and have a design which I made using CSS. Can someone point me in the direction of a "how to" so I can see how to convert this to a Drupal theme?

Do you already have any experience in Drupal? If not, then it will take little time to understand the Drupal Structure. However please check the following links which may help you to create Drupal theme.
