after voting average results and number of votes does not change

Hi!

After I voted, the message "Rating Saved" is displayed,
appropriate number of stars are colored, but there are all stars darked on average results field ,
and number of votes is still zero.

I looked into voting api table, but the results are inserted. I tried to empty votingapi_vote table, but it doesn't help.

In jrating settings I have all setting set to yes.
in access control I have allowed voting for all roles except anonymous.
(If I let anonymous to vote, jrating after anonymous votin wrote that
"You need to login or register to rate this item")

in votinapi I have set "Tally results whenever a vote is cast"

This problem is in IE7 and Firefox 2.0.0.3 too
I am using jquery which is included in drupal 5.1 and I didn't changes with it.
