Facebook integration requires an App ID. Currently I can find one hardcoded App ID in socialshareprivacy.module on line 114. Shouldn't this be configurable through the module's settings page?!

Since Heise's version 1.2 (see http://www.heise.de/extras/socialshareprivacy/#options_facebook), the facebook id is no longer required . It is still in the source, because I did not change the javascript code during the latest updates. A code cleanup will be done, when new features are merged from the 7.x-branch.
