If you refer to the attachment. I mean the JPG file, you can see how ugly is the loooooong OpenID written in the website.

I'm a noob. I don't know PHP not even a syntax. Can you help me to make the long name with some dots?

Example:-
longggggggggggggggggggggggggggg id becomes longgg...

Or maybe you can make it shrink if it exceed at certain lenght. Thanks!

Please help me, as I don't want my openID based visitors see the lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng ugly ID.

I can't help you, but just wanted to comment and say that this is a fantastic bug report. We ought to have a gallery of "dos and donts" and put this smack up at the top of the "dos" :)

Actually, it's implemented in 4.7, needs to be ported to 5 and 6. I've also added an OpenID SREG component, as that's what does this.
