Support a "Ignored from settings" filter (add a checkbox) in the "Available updates" page (IOW support update_advanced module)

The Update status advanced settings module provides a way to ignore certain modules'/themes' updates. When so, these projects show up in the list with a "Ignored from settings" status. Please consider supporting this status as a filter option (extra checkbox) when this module is installed.

Note: at the time of writing this, there is no official 7.x version of the module. There's an issue filed for it: #454368: Port update_advanced module to D7 and Pasqualle has already made available a port here: http://windmill.sk/project/module/update_advanced (direct link to the .tgz file) and I'm also uploading a .tar.gz + a .zip version here for everyone's convenience (rename .tar_.gz to .tar.gz)...
