1.)
I created a facebook page and if people click "like" on my homepage i thought this would also mean they like my facebook page.. I guess this is not the way it works?

2.)
I want to add the share buttons: Like/Tweet/+1 below my logo on all pages.
Will this mean if somebody "Like" or +1 my page and he's on www.domain.com/support/help it "Like's" or +1 the help page? But then the counter is incorrect or changing for all pages all the time I guess?

Please help me out and give me some advice?

When someone clicks like for facebook it likes the current page. Unless you set a different url on the Like widget. If you point the href of the like widget to the url of your facebook page they will like your facebook page in the process.

This is also the reason why the counter is different on all the pages. Its not incorrect but only showing the counters for that page.

With +1 its the same I think.

Feel free to reopen if the you still need support and you use a version of this project for Drupal 7.
