After five hours of trying to get the option images to switch on the product pages I concede failure. As you'll see from the attached files, the option image container on the product page is populated with the option image for the default option. Unfortunately the image isn't switched when another option is selected. Firebug reveals that all option images are being found and pre-loaded.

I've trawled through most support requests and bug reports and even tried some patches that I felt might provide the answer.

If you need to see the issue I have in action you can. Go http://staging.cashmereandcotton.co.uk/clearance/test-product-test001 and use the following to get past folder security; user=cashmere password=cotton

Any pointers will be gratefully accepted.

Permissions are set properly for both ucoi and option images imagecache preset?
The settings at 'admin/store/settings/attributes' are set ok?

I appreciate the pointers. In admin/store/settings/attributes the color option is set and I've tested with the Switch Images with javascript toggled on and off. I didn't previously have a specific option images imagecache preset as others existed that fitted the requirement. However, I have created one and this resulted in the preview images disappearing from the option edit page. This is now fixed using a patch supplied in another issue thread.

I'm not convinced the switch function is actually being invoked at all. If this gives you any more ideas I'm keen to hear what they are.

For troubleshooting, have you tried reverting to the default theme and the default node and product templates?

Did anyone ever resolve this problem? This is exactly the problem I have now.

I've also added the patch from http://drupal.org/node/712542#comment-4776218 (taking the actual zip file).

I'm using the default theme and everything but the image doesn't change.
