Internal link error using '&' character

When I create an internal link using [[other_page_name]] if 'other_page_name' contains a '&' character the link doesn't work, the '&' character is replaced with '&' and that causes the link to break.

As result the generated link points to a create new page, instead of the existing 'other_page_name' page.

For example try to create a link like this [[Tips & Tricks]]
