Suddenly the admin menu has disappeared. Its just a white space where it should go. However it shows again if running a cron, but when clicking to another place, its just the white space again, but no menu.

How it happend:
I was upgrading a couple of small modules through the drupal interface.

Tried:
Clearing cache (theme, admin menu etc.)
Rebuildt permissions
Checked if permissions are correct
Run update.php
Installed latest official version
No error message
Same in both Opera and Chrome browser.
It has worked before!

Any suggestions?

Update: It shows on my HTC mobile phone! I simply dont get it. No menubar in IE.

It turns out I've modified the template.php. Replaced it with my theme's original and it works.
