I'm having problems with the User Login block disapearing while on user registration pages. Does anyone know of a fix or a quick PHP snippet I can use as a conditional that will hide the block only from registered users?

Isn't this a feature and not a bug?

Yes, this is probably a feature. Regardless of it's technical status, it's annoying, inconsistent, and it throws off my layout.
