My durpal install is in a subdirectory (eg http://baldwin.GraceBPC.org/baldwin) not at server_root and this breaks Htmlarea because Htmlarea does not use "$base_url" and assumes drupal is in the server_root. Below is a diff that shows what I changed to make it work for me.

gordon commentedI have taken a look at this, and the tag should take care of this. I have moved this to before the js as I think that the js may not be using the correct relative position because of the where the base tag is. Please check this and get back to my I have added it in cvs.
