I upgraded to Drupal 5 and had no problems
and I use tinymce and i've noticed that after the upgrade
when i make a link and make it open the link in a new window it doesn't work.
Any idea if there is a configuration that I've missed or is it a bug?

Mine is working ok. Did you put the whole address, e.g. http://www.example.com?
