When users upload media and it is larger then the max size it just reloads the media browser and does not display an error message saying "File is to large, file must be smaller then xx MB". The user then has no idea what just happened. From a usability standpoint this is a must.

@HyperGlide: This issue is actually not a dupe of the other issue. This one is about that there is no error message displayed for the user about that the file size was to large.

I believe it has been fixed though so setting it to fixed.
