Having RDF as a dependency breaks graphical installer

It seems like some code in RDF that requires the schema to be in place can under some circumstances be run before the schema is applied to the database. I don't exactly know why, but there is no real reason rdf should be a dependency for the newpaper product anyway, since it can easily be turned on. This is a real blocker, so I'm just going to remove the dependency.
