I'm not absolutely sure, but I try to set up a gallery with shadowbox for hours but when I set up the view to gallery my thumbnails are under the other and I can't to set it as normal gallery... Can it come because the theme? Does this theme work perfect with shadowbox?

I haven't tried using shadowbox in D7 with any theme. If you change the theme, are the problems corrected? Try one of the core themes. If that is ok, you might try another Fusion theme to see if the problem is related to Mix and Match or the base theme.
