If you have ideas of new countries which could be supported and more important the rules for the constitution of the phone numbers, don't hesitate to send a message

would be good idea to move/seperate the country codes to .inc files or a file
and to handle it within CCK a dropdown menu for field selection

Started in 5.x.1.5 to implement .inc files.

Help in defining new .inc files for supporting new countries is appreciated.

No UK support :(

I notice the current offerings do not include the United Kingdom - I know we are a small island but there are quite a lot of us! ;)

I'd love to get stuck in and contribute but the only time I've worked with regular expressions was in a copy and paste capacity

If someone would like to give some pointers on what needs to be done and how, I can ask one of our more experienced developers to take a look

The validation isn't as important as it could be as I'm using it for a closed system i.e. only one administrator entering data. Still...would've been nice.

Another option... when I have bit more money around I could put up some bounties for these includes

Any help getting the UK and others supported would be greatly appreciated. Even if the phone CCK field doesn't make it into this particular Drupal project. It would be nice for the future, no?

NM

Location module seem to be a better solution than a tonne of CCK fields

Location doesn't offer theming support. is not much customizable.
