Intro Flash + Home

I would like to use this module in order to display a Flash Intro only for the first time.
I've read other threads and then set up a Front Page for Anonymous Users with a brief html code selecting type FULL, but when I go to the main url website I see the home page and NOT the Flash intro.
I guess I've made a mistake or I miss something.. but I don't know what..
