Folders- Sorting by tag

Hello,

according to the description it should be possible to sort t he files by tag with this module or create something like folders. I installed the latest version (beta3)...and tagging files while uploading workes fine, but I can't see any possibility to add folders or sort by tags in the media library (admin/content/media)

Isn't this possible? Or where do I have to search for these options?
