Should be able to hide a view box if the associated view does not return any results.

I think the boxes view hook needs updated in order to achieve this.

Now that inline editing of empty boxes is possible, I'm not sure a checkbox approach is the preferred way to achieve this. I think Views Boxes should be fixed to return nothing when no results are found in that existing issue, that way we can leverage the same mechanism as any empty box (if you have the permission to edit them, you'll see the placeholder and can still edit it).
