Just about all of the Drupal Developers in the San Diego or Orange County areas that we know of work for us. If you find any others please be sure to send them in our direction, as we have multiple openings and the latest was filled with a individual from New York.

I think you are going to have limited success with the "local only" and might want to consider opening it up to a larger geographical area. There are a lot of good development firms across the country.

All this being said; While the majority of our clients are located in New York, we may be willing to consider helping a "Local".
