First of all this is a great theme. I'v been using rubik for admin theme until now but from now on I'm going to use this theme.

Like the title says, the bootstrap folder should be moved to sites/all/libraries and make use of Libraries API to easier manage it all.

I've considered this, and you are absolutely right, it's just been pretty low on my priorities list.

How about just changing the default to sites/all/libraries rather than requiring the Libraries module?
