Permissions are too weak / Improve permissions

Hi, first of all, thanks for this module!
I'm using it for a website and noticed the module's setting pages require the permission "access administration pages" which I think is too weak to ensure security, so I've added a new permission "administer aweber settings" and require it for all the module's setting pages.
Attached is a patch with this changes, I hope it's useful to someone.
