image path weight and delete line below or above the ‘Description’ field

when a fixed size theme used, on node images edit node images page image preview and ‘Description’ field pushes the image path weight and delete line out of the frame it is especially important when delete image obscured -- i have tried css all table admin fixes for fixed themes- yet the problem remains

would be nice image path weight and delete line set below or above the ‘Description’ field
