I always use devs where available. I hate asking silly questions, but didn't you manage to sort this out? Perhaps you should file an issue in the webmasters/infrastructure queue. I don't know :/

@klonos thanks, it's not a silly question. I just haven't gotten around to it.

I still can't figure it out, and I opened an issue in the webmasters queue as you suggested, see #1473266: Badly-named release prevents me from showing dev snapshot and from create a new dev branch release
