I just upgraded from 7.x-1.x to 2.x

I noticed that my secondary menu in a footer block is no longer horizontal. I attempted to edit the skin for that block and found that the only configuration setting available was "Advanced: CSS Classes" and the associated field where I could add classes. All the typical admin configuration settings were not there.

I decided to re-install 7.2-1.x however in the release history the file is not available http://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/skinr-7.x-1.x-dev.tar.gz

oops. I updated core from 7.8 to 7.9 and problem is resolved. Sorry.
