Please, add the appropriate

line into the .info file.

I rolled this and #1356886: .DS_Store, plus a couple of small fixes into a patch.

Changelog:

  • removed .DS_Store files
  • added 'configure' in .info
  • changed date calculation to use Drupal's own localized and user customized function
  • removed the Preview button, it did nothing
  • fixed the handling of Extras, it is now flexible, growing and shrinking in number
  • fixed the original order of Extra checkboxes
