A rewrite of the JavaScript to make use of jQuery UI's autocomplete plugin. Altered the architecture of the module to work off of the menu system, you can choose which menus to include. Altered the commands hook so that you can add whatever commands you like, coffee.api.php has an example on how to include content into coffee.
