Using Go - url redirection with 5.x

First off, thank you for adapting this module to 5.x - much appreciated!

I'm trying to use it and I have put together a working sample page that redirects to Google. So, if a user accesses www.mysite.com/sample it will redirect to Google.

I created a page and put this code in the body:

It does not seem to be working. What do I need to do differently please?
