Reservation StartTime Restricted By ContentType

Objective

Currently any ContentType can be reserved for any StartTime during operation hours.

If staff needs to handle certain types of resources at certain types - for example Studio reservations on the hour or half hour and Field Equipment reservations on the 15 or 45, there is no way to enforce that.

Perhaps putting content types into a group and then being able to designate whether the group is reservable at xx:00, xx:15, xx:30, or xx:45 would solve this problem.
