Issue Summary
I 've looked at code, and admin settings, etc. It seems there is no option at all for not rendering the alt attribute on the 
tag?
If somebody can confirm this, i will post a patch with a proposal for having that optional.
I really need not having an alt= at all in some pages, as the images should be just decorative, where ANY alt would be inadecuate.
