Required reading

Hi all,

Is it possible to have an arrangement (using workflows or similar) where all users or a group of users are required to read or take some action after new content have been posted?

Making postings sticky is one way of promoting reading, but I need to find a solution to give administrators the ability to control and audit that certain critical content nodes are read by all in a relevant group.

Is this possible?
