Hi

How can I replace advertisements on the frontpage by custom views?

I tried to edit the Default Site Template in Panels: Variants » Managed » Content
but the Main Page Content is not editable.

I tried to edit the Site template default content in Mini-Panels but it does not related to Default Site Template.

The frontpage is a taxonomy term. You should be able to replace this by changing the topic variant in the Taxonomy term template in page manager.
